We completely renovated our manufacturing and fulfillment center to meet with state-recommended social distance and PPE rules because the health and safety of our staff and customers are our top priorities.

• Processing times could be slowed down. Processing times are typically between three and five business days*, while at the moment they fluctuate as a result of problems with COVID-19, government orders, and their effects on our company. Processing times may also be prolonged on special occasions, launches, restocks, releases of restricted quantities, and promotions.
• As soon as your order ships or if we anticipate any problems in fulfilling it, we'll let you know. As we navigate this together, we sincerely appreciate your tolerance and understanding.

Please be aware that holidays and weekends, such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, do not count as business days.
